Introducing the Smart Warehouse Program Council
We are pleased to present the full composition of the Program Council for the upcoming Smart Warehouse Conference, scheduled to take place on June 4-5, 2025, at the MTP Poznan Expo.
The Program Council for the Smart Warehouse 2025 Conference comprises 10 leading experts in logistics, e-commerce, and project and resource management.
Meet the Program Council Members:
Marta Cudziło – Logistics Research Group Leader at Łukasiewicz – Poznań Institute of Technology
A project manager and logistics consultant for 13 years, Marta currently leads the Logistics Center at the Institute. She specializes in consulting on distribution network optimization, inventory management, and supply chain design. Marta has coordinated task teams and innovative logistics projects, including research initiatives funded by the EU and national institutions.
Tomasz Cyrek – Country Manager at VTEX
An e-commerce manager with 17 years of experience, Tomasz has scaled international sales channels and launched startups. At VTEX, a global digital commerce platform provider, Tomasz works with major clients such as InPost Fresh, OBI, Adidas, and Carrefour, delivering B2B/B2C and omnichannel e-commerce solutions.
Monika Duda-Tulejko
With over 17 years of experience, Monika specializes in supply chain management, business development, and commercial real estate. She has held leadership roles at DHL Supply Chain, Kuehne + Nagel, and Cushman & Wakefield, where she developed logistics strategies for major international brands.
Izabela Kesselring – Employee Relations Manager at Fiege
With nearly 30 years of experience, Izabela specializes in marketing, public relations, employer branding, and People & Culture. She works with Fiege's international team to standardize and optimize HR and social processes in five countries. Izabela successfully built and stabilized an e-commerce recruitment and development team from a startup phase to a 2,500-strong workforce.
Joanna Kucharska – Product Group Director at MTP Group
Joanna oversees the industrial and business portfolio at MTP Group, including events like ITM Industry Europe, Poland’s largest industrial sector gathering. She also launched greenPower, the International Renewable Energy Fair. Joanna believes that Industry 4.0 solutions enable businesses to adapt flexibly to changing market dynamics.
Wojtek Łapka – Head of Engineering and Software at Migros Online
Wojtek leads the engineering department at Migros Online, Switzerland’s leading online supermarket. His team focuses on logistics software, AI-based forecasting, supply chain optimization, warehouse automation, digital twins, and customer-facing applications. Wojtek has a background in technological innovation, contributing to Inteligo and CERN.
Ilona Miziewicz-Groszczyk – Sales and Marketing Director at Europa Systems
An expert in professional products for the technology sector, Ilona has over 15 years of experience introducing new products and developing brands for companies like Vobis Digital, Rajapack, and Unizeto (Asseco Group). Since 2015, she has spearheaded strategic development, positioning, PR, and communication for Europa Systems. She initiated the Innovations for Intralogistics series at the LogiMAT trade fair in Stuttgart.
Artur Olejniczak – Marketing and PR Manager at the Higher School of Logistics
A manager with 16 years of experience in the Transport, Shipping, and Logistics (TSL) sector. Known for his expertise and interdisciplinary skills, Artur is a sought-after moderator and keynote speaker at major industry conferences. He has been a Business Trainer and Lecturer at the Higher School of Logistics for seven years. A co-organizer of the Polish Logistics Congress LOGISTICS, he is regarded as "the face" of the event. Artur is an author of over 100 publications on TSL topics, featured in renowned outlets such as LOGISTYKA, Gazeta Wyborcza, Rzeczpospolita, and MSP.
Piotr Sędziak – Managing Director at Orbico Supply
Piotr has nearly 20 years of experience in distribution logistics and is the Managing Director of Orbico Supply, part of the Orbico Group. The group operates in 20 European markets as a distributor of global FMCG, small appliances, and HoReCa brands. Previously, Piotr held roles at ALSO Group and served as a board member of the Polish Association of Logistics and Purchasing Managers. He is currently overseeing the development of an automated distribution center consolidating Orbico’s logistics operations in Poland.
Tomasz Walenczak – Managing Director at ManpowerGroup Poland
Tomasz leads ManpowerGroup Poland, overseeing brands like Manpower, Experis, and Talent Solutions. He brings 15 years of experience in HR and logistics, combining strategic planning with operational optimization. Tomasz also contributes to global strategies as part of ManpowerGroup’s leadership team.
