Maximizing Warehouse Efficiency: The role of Digital Twin technology and data analytics

In this presentation, I will show the impact of Digital Twin technology and data-driven decision-making on our logistics center operations, focusing on optimizing the order picking process. By mirroring our warehouse in a virtual environment, we have gained information that allows us to increase efficiency and informed decision-making, as well as evaluate and evolve key warehouse algorithms. In the talk, I will explain how the use of digital twins and a data-driven approach has enabled us to predict outcomes, streamline operations and significantly increase productivity.
