Smart Warehouse 4 Logistics & eCommerce
The Smart Warehouse Conference is the largest and most significant event for the logistics and transportation industry in Poland. Its focus lies on automation, robotics, and digitization in warehouse operations—ushering logistics into the era of Industry 4.0 with a leap towards Logistics 4.0.
The next edition of the Smart Warehouse Conference will take place on June 4-5, 2025, under the theme: "The Heart of eCommerce is Logistics."
Over two days, the main stage and partner stages will host lectures and in-depth discussions centered around six key topics:

- Robots and Future Technologies
- eCommerce and Marketplaces
- Fulfillment and 3PL Logistics
- Warehouse Automation
- People and Operations
The conference will kick off with an opening panel: "Scaling Business Through Cross-Border & Marketplaces".
The previous edition of the Smart Warehouse Conference attracted over 800 attendees, who participated in lectures, discussion panels, and expert debates featuring 40 industry leaders from Poland’s logistics sector.
Poznań, the host city for the conference, is becoming Poland’s logistics hub. In recent years, the region has seen the development of new warehouses and logistics hubs that store and transport goods across Europe. Investors are drawn to Poznań due to its strategic location and lower labor costs compared to Western Europe.
The conference is organized as part of the MODERNLOG Trade Fair of Logistics, Transport and Storage —the most important trade event in Poland for the logistics industry.
