Meeting of the Program Council
The Smart Warehouse Conference is Poland's largest event dedicated to the latest technologies in logistics, warehousing, and transportation. On January 9, the first Program Council meeting of the year took place in the picturesque setting of Port Sołacz.
This exceptional event brought together members of the Program Council and representatives from partner companies, united in their commitment to creating a modern knowledge-sharing platform for leaders in the logistics industry.
The meeting was attended by Program Council members: Marta Cudziło, Tomasz Cyrek, Monika Duda-Tulejko, Izabela Kesselring, Joanna Kucharska, Wojtek Łapka, Ilona Miziewicz-Groszczyk, Artur Olejniczak, Piotr Sędziak, and Tomasz Walenczak. Also present were guests representing this year’s conference partners: Hardis Group and Reflex, Element Logic and Autostore, as well as Raben.

During the meeting, the participants reviewed progress made in preparing for the conference and introduced new ideas to enrich the event’s program. Together, they discussed the detailed thematic scope and individual discussion panels, focusing on the latest trends and challenges in the logistics sector.




The upcoming Smart Warehouse Conference will be held on June 4-5, 2025, at the MTP Poznan Expo. This year’s theme will be: “Logistics is the Heart of e-Commerce.” The conference will center on six key topics:

- e-Commerce and Marketplace
- Fulfillment and 3PL Logistics
- Warehouse Automation
- People and Operations
