Joanna Kucharska, MTP Product Group Director A manager with more than 13 years of experience in the field of project management.

On a daily basis, she manages the industrial and business portfolio of trade fairs within the MTP Group, including ITM Industry Europe, Poland's largest event for the industrial sector. She is also the initiator of greenPower, the International Renewable Energy Fair. She believes that Industry 4.0 solutions allow companies to respond flexibly to the changing business environment.

Graduated in International Relations from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan.

For 13 years, project manager and logistics advisor to Ł-ILiM. Currently head of the Logistics Center at the Institute. During her career, she has led and co-implemented consulting projects for companies, mainly in the areas of distribution network optimization, support of inventory management area, supply chain structure design.

She has worked with both large and medium-sized representatives of various industries, completing work for Energa Operator S.A., Gaz-System S.A., Tubes International Sp. z o.o., Colian Group, Żywiec Group, Leroy Merlin Sp. z o.o., NEUCA S.A., LINPAC Packaging, PGF S.A., among others.

He has experience in coordinating the work of task forces, carrying out activities related to the creation and implementation of innovative logistics projects. In addition to logistics consulting, for several years he has also co-implemented research and development projects co-financed by national institutions and European Union bodies, involving the study of new trends and the creation of innovative solutions to support logistics in Europe (including RealBridge, Modulushca, LogiCon).

A graduate of the Department of Computer Science and Management, she completed her doctoral studies at the Faculty of Management Engineering of Poznan University of Technology. In her career, she has also cooperated with the School of Logistics, teaching classes in logistics controlling, forecasting and simulation. She has authored or co-authored scientific and specialized articles on logistics and supply chain optimization.

Managing Director of Orbico Supply sp. z o.o., part of the Orbico Group, one of the largest European distributors of globally known brands in the FMCG, small home appliances or HoReCa sector, operating in 20 markets of Central and Eastern Europe. He has been involved in distribution logistics for nearly 20 years. In the future, he worked, among other things, as Director of Operations and Head of Logistics in Polish companies belonging to the ALSO group - an international distributor of electronic equipment, present in 22 European countries. Previously, he was Director of Operations and Proxy at ABC Data S.A, a distributor of consumer electronics , listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

In addition, he serves as a member of the Program Council of the Polish Association of Logistics and Purchasing Managers, having also supported the organization as a Board Member in the past.

Professionally, he is currently responsible for the implementation of a strategic project to build an automated distribution center, consolidating the logistics operations of Orbico's companies in Poland and offering logistics services to entities in the distribution and e-commerce markets.

Graduate of logistics at the Poznan School of Logistics, quality management and MBA studies at the Leon Kozminski Academy in Warsaw, holder of the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certificate at EY Academy. He is passionate about the role of IT, automation, process and project management in modern company organization. He is also interested in e-commerce logistics and the impact of logistics on the environment. He enjoys continuously improving processes and sharing the knowledge he has gained. Manager with nearly 30 years of management experience in the areas of Marketing, Public Relations, Employer Branding and People & Culture.

He works in FIEGE's international team responsible for cooperation with key clients in the e-commerce industry. She coordinates standardization and optimization processes in P&C and social areas in 5 countries. She has worked on many HR projects both as an external consultant and as a member of internal project teams. One of her major successes in recent years has been leading a recruitment and development team in the e-commerce industry from a start-up stage through stabilizing the organization's team at 2,500 people, while introducing
and embedding multiple organizational, communication, development and social standards.

He believes in economies of scale consisting of small steps - drop by drop and unexpectedly spectacular change occurs.

Wojtek Łapka is a Head of Software Engineering at Migros Online, Switzerland's leading online supermarket. He leads a department responsible for the full logistics software stack, including AI-driven forecasting, supply chain optimization, warehouse automation, digital twins, and delivery operations, as well as customer-facing digital touchpoints like the mobile app and website.

 

With a M.Sc. in Computer Science from Warsaw University of Technology, Wojtek has a rich background in tech innovation. He has contributed to Inteligo, one of Central Europe's pioneering virtual banks, and CERN, the globally esteemed research institution based in Geneva, Switzerland. With a deep passion for technology and innovation, he has shared his expertise as a speaker at numerous international conferences.

Beyond his professional achievements, Wojtek is deeply committed to giving back. He enjoys mentoring young talent and regularly shares his knowledge with students and aspiring professionals through pro bono initiatives. He also supports youth sports as an assistant coach for a children’s volleyball team (ages 5-7), helping to foster teamwork and a love for the game. Additionally, Wojtek is a proud voluntary blood donor and actively contributes to his local community as a member of the Board of Directors of his local ski club.

Fluent in Polish, English, French, and German, Wojtek aspires to found a high-tech company to drive innovation and contribute to the European technology landscape. Outside of work, he is a father of three and an avid sports enthusiast, enjoying marathon running, road cycling, alpine and ski touring, and traveling with his family.

An experienced E-commerce manager with 17 years of expertise in building and scaling international sales channels. He is also the founder and CEO of two E-commerce startups in the pet products and Home & Deco sectors.

He was responsible for E-commerce operations across 24 European markets and managed indirect and direct sales on approximately 80% of major marketplaces, including Otto, Kaufland, Wayfair, Cdiscount, Manomano, Fnac, Vivre, Emag, Mall, Pigu, Allegro, and Empik.

Currently, he serves as the Country Manager at VTEX, a leading digital commerce platform provider. VTEX's clients include renowned brands such as InPost Fresh, OBI, Adidas, Carrefour, Decathlon, Auchan, Sony, and Whirlpool. The platform offers functionalities for B2B/B2C E-commerce, OMS (Omnichannel), and tools for creating custom marketplaces.

He brings operational, organizational, and strategic expertise in E-commerce and sales. Over the years, he has implemented numerous E-commerce mechanisms and platforms, achieving significant success in optimization and growth. He takes pride in having contributed to the development of brands such as FOTOJOKER, CEWE, Artgeist, Bimago, Zooplaneta, Ergonode, Divante, Cloudflight, and VTEX.

For 15 years, he has been associated with a leading American company, a global leader in the employment market specializing in delivering knowledge, innovative solutions, and effectively connecting talent with employers.

For over three years, he has been managing the Polish branch of ManpowerGroup, which includes three brands: Manpower, Experis, and Talent Solutions. These brands offer comprehensive HR services ranging from temporary staffing and permanent recruitment to outsourcing, HR consulting, outplacement, and career management.

He is responsible for developing the sales strategy and managing a network of dozens of branches across Poland, successfully combining long-term planning with operational optimization. Additionally, he implements modern management systems and innovative solutions that enhance process efficiency and contribute to achieving business goals. Under his leadership, ManpowerGroup Poland employs an average of 17,000 people per month, supporting approximately 40,000 individuals annually in building their professional futures.

As a member of the global leadership team of ManpowerGroup, he actively contributes to shaping the organization's international strategies while expanding its presence in the Polish market.

Nearly a decade of prior experience in logistics and HR enables him to successfully combine strategic thinking with creating a work environment that fosters the development of innovative and efficient solutions. He is also recognized for his skills in managing teams and processes, allowing him to effectively respond to dynamic market changes and develop the organization in the spirit of sustainable growth.

His commitment goes beyond the business world—locally, he serves on the Program Board of the Youth Entrepreneurship Foundation, supporting the development of young talent in Poland.

Monika Duda-Tulejko brings over 17 years of experience in an international business environment, specializing in supply chain management, business development, and commercial real estate. In recent years, she has led DHL Supply Chain in Poland, focusing on the growth of its Polish operations, with a particular emphasis on the e-commerce, retail, transport, and real estate sectors.

Previously, she held managerial positions in both operations and sales departments at Kuehne + Nagel, CAT Group, and ID Logistics, where she contributed to logistics projects for numerous international companies in the retail and e-commerce industries.

At the global consulting firm Cushman & Wakefield, she was responsible for building and managing relationships with key clients and business partners, as well as overseeing the real estate product portfolio for the logistics sector. She also served as a Partner at the consulting firm M4 Real Estate, where she successfully combined her expertise in supply chain processes with her knowledge and experience in industrial real estate to develop investment strategies for the logistics industry.
