He joined 7R after many years at Cushman & Wakefield, where he held, among others, the positions of EMEA Operating Board Member, Head of Industrial and Logistics Agency in Poland, and Head of the E-commerce Sector in the CEE region. Earlier in his career, he was responsible for procurement, demand forecasting, inventory management, and distribution, as well as e-commerce operations and logistics development at companies such as ThyssenKrupp, TZMO, and FIEGE.
Damian Kołata is also actively engaged in academic and educational activities. He is responsible for the development and sales of intralogistics solutions, introducing innovations to the Polish market, building sales strategies, and managing project teams. He has a track record of numerous optimizations of logistics and sales processes, as well as successful implementations of solutions in the areas of Automation, Digitalization, VNA, and Racking Systems.
He holds a degree in economics from the Catholic University of Lublin. He developed his managerial skills through MBA programs at the ICAN Institute and WSB Academy.

Hencel is an accomplished aviation and defense industry and technology leader with 23-years experience leading large-scale multi-national teams working with airline operators, avionics manufacturers and software vendors in a highly regulated aviation domain. She is the Executive Sponsor for the Boeing Veterans in Europe and also served as the president of the Boeing Women Inspiring Leadership Europe chapter and co-founder of the regional aviation-cluster Aviation Hub Pomerania.
