Last 3 years in the role of Customer Logistics Manager responsible for strengthening cooperation
with the leading beverage producer's largest customers in the Polish and Baltic markets,
and, since June, coordinating this activity in an expanded responsibility for 27 countries of the Coca-Cola Hellenic group.

She began building her knowledge of supply chain processes while she was a student at the Faculty of Production Engineering at Warsaw University of Technology, and expanded her knowledge while working in the international teams of Coca-Cola HBC.

Among the projects she has led are supply chain optimization projects that simultaneously have a positive impact on costs and reduce negative environmental impacts. The manufacturing and logistics infrastructure optimization projects she has been involved in have effectively reduced inventory levels while raising customer service levels, reducing costs and minimizing the carbon footprint.

She has spent the last 8 years leading teams of specialists and managers at the business unit level (Poland and the Baltics) and working closely with colleagues from regional structures, building solutions implemented in Poland and other countries.

Kasia is an experienced manager who combines an understanding of FMCG business and customer needs with supply chain capabilities.
